Brad Flatoff has been an innovation consultant for 10 years with focus on front end strategy, opportunity area identification, ideation, and qualitative concept optimization.
Previous clients include General Mills (Cheerios, Bisquick, Old El Paso, Nature Valley, Chex Mix, Haagen Dazs), Hormel (Natural Choice, SPAM, Meal Solutions), Johnsonville (Snacking, Core Innovation), Sargento (Snacking, Core Innovation), Cargill, Nestle, Lance, Megamex (Chi-Chi’s, Herdez, La Victoria), Dawn Foods (Weight Watchers), Florida’s Natural, and Palermo’s Pizza.
Mr. Flatoff is a RIVA trained Focus Group facilitator, and Digsite trained on-line moderator, and his prior client-side experience includes 23 Years of Senior Executive, Innovation, Marketing, Consumer Insight and R&D experience. He served as the Senior Vice President in Marketing, Consumer Insight and Innovation at Sargento with a focus on Retail, Food Service, and Food Ingredients, and the Business Director for Oscar Mayer/Kraft specifically working in Lunchmeat, Hot Dogs and Bacon. Before that he worked in New Product Development for General Foods/Kool-Aid.
Mr. Flatoff received his MBA at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Graduate Certificate in Biblical Studies at the Moody Theological Seminary, as well as his B.S. at the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point.
