Leading and Sustaining a Culture of Innovation

Streamlining and cost-cutting may yield short-term earnings gains, but winning managers know that the key to value creation and sustained growth lies in innovation — continuously seeking opportunities to create value whether by launching new products and services, entering new markets or rethinking key processes.

In this program, you will be challenged to take an introspective look at your own leadership style, values, and impact – and how to create an innovation mindset and culture. Our expert faculty will guide you through an exploration of how to instill an innovation mindset within your organization and constantly improve how you relate to, interact with and inspire others to higher levels of creativity.

Managing and Activating Innovation

Gain the tools to activate innovation at your organization in this brand new program! In two, 2.5-day sessions over the course of eight weeks, teams will receive coaching and hands-on guidance as they initiate an innovation project and leave with real, tangible results.

Too often we see executive education courses that fail to facilitate real change in organizations because of a lack of senior management buy-in. That is why in order for teams to attend Managing and Activating Innovation, at least one senior executive must attend the prerequisite course to ensure all members are aligned on the strategy and goals.

By engaging people from multiple levels of the organization in innovation, this program allows teams to gain traction and work towards making real change.
